This week I have written to the FSA with a copy to the Financial Ombudsman Service. I think it is really important that they receive as many complaints from Coutts customers as possible. So if you have not already complained, can I urge you to do so as quickly as possible?
As a link on this website (shown as 'helpful thoughts about contacting the FSA'), I have included a template letter that you might find helpful.
The more pressure we put on Coutts the sooner they will settle.
